The Law practice of Boonchoo Counselor Ltd. (BCL) draws on over 40 years of law experience gained from the successful partnerships launched during our founding partner's career; namely Boonchoo International, Boonchoo Vipava & Glickman and Boonchoo, Blumenthal & Richter. Our founding partner, Mr. Boonchoo Yensabai, was also formerly the In-House Counsel of Chase Manhattan Bank, Bangkok (presently JP Morgan Chase). The firm operates as a niche commercial legal practice offering specialist advice to clients in respect of company and commercial matters.

Our Founding Partner:

BOONCHOO YENSABAI - With over 40 years of legal experience in Thailand; Boonchoo graduated in 1968 LLB from Chulalongkorn University Law School and in 1969 he obtained a Diploma in Law at the US Army Adjutant General School, and a Diploma, in Management from the Air University, Gunter Air Force Base, Alabama. In 1974 he obtained a Certificate of Achievement. His law career started as in house Counsel for Chase Manhattan Bank Thailand , offering in-house legal services and training related to funding, credit analysis, personal loans, bills discounting, and warehouse financing.

In 1970 he was admitted to the Thai Bar Association he is a member of the Law Society, the Asia-Pacific Bar Association. His Legal Practice is in Corporate matters, Company Structures and Visa regulations, Mergers and Aquisitions, Taxation, Banking, Real Estate and Laws relating to Hospitality and Leisure.
